A little about me

As a dog lover I totally understand the love you have for your dog. I am dedicated to capturing photos that will always remind you of the special relationship between you and your dog, moments you will remember forever!

Of course you are looking for Toronto’s best dog photographer to capture beautiful photos of you and your pet.

For over 8 years I’ve been photographing Toronto’s dogs and their owners and capturing the bond that they share.

I have many years of experience as a dog trainer and have achieved winning awards and titles with my own dogs in obedience and agility competitions. This experience enables me to work with puppies, shy dogs, the elderly and the wild at heart.

My love of dogs started as a very young child when our family owned a Cocker Spaniel named "Happy", named for his very sad-looking face. I wish I had some photographs of him but sadly none were taken. From then on our family always had a dog or two, and as an adult of course I was never without a dog.

Having loved, owned and trained dogs for most of my life, it was a natural step for me to combine my love of dogs with my dedication to photography and to share these passions with people who wish to capture their dog's unique personality and the special bond that you share together.

I don’t currently have a dog of my own, although I adore my 2 “grandogs” so I’d love to hang out with yours in a photo session!

Taking photos of other people’s dogs and dogs with their people together, is what I love to do.

I am an on-location, Toronto based pet photographer, specializing in dog photography.  I also take occasional assignments in South Florida.  My goal is to provide awesome pet images that encompass the joy and love that your dog gives to you and your family, images that bring you so much pleasure when you look at your amazing wall art or page through your custom-designed album.

I am a member of the Toronto Camera Club where I have achieved the level of Master Photographer.

I’ve won awards and /or placed near the top in pet photography competitions. I’ve also been featured in a number of places. You can check this out for more on awards, articles and TV.

Some of my favourite things:

• Early morning walks on the beach, camera in hand looking for birds and sunrises to photograph.

• I love photographing wildlife. Check out a small sample of my wildlife photography

• Travel, of course!

• Movies - especially good dramas and movies based on true stories

• Golf (I’m a really terrible player but I love the outdoors and the challenge)

• Being at my home away from home in sunny Florida
