SO, WHAT EXACTLY IS A MINI DOG PHOTO SESSION?
Glad you asked!
As the name implies, it is a dog and family photo session, just, well, “mini” 🙂. There are, of course, other key differences between a Mini Session and a Full session. Please read on below.
Mini sessions are held on specific days that I select, usually just once a year. I’ll let you know the date and general location in the Greater Toronto Area.
You sign up using the link at the end of this page. Then as the day approaches I’ll send out more details and a client guide
SESSION LENGTH
Probably the most obvious difference, each limited edition session lasts about 20-25 minutes and is photographed all at one spot/background.
TIME & LOCATION
The date, time and location will be advertised about 6 weeks prior and you’ll be able to sign up for an available time slot.
NUMBER OF PEOPLE & DOGS
Due to the limited time set aside for each session, they are limited to 1 dog and up to 2 people per session. if you have more than 1 dog please sign up for 2 sessions or contact me to discuss a regular session.
PLANNING
I will send you some great resources on what to expect, wardrobe selection and a questionnaire to complete. This information will allow you to plan ahead. All I stress is that you arrive on time because there may be other sessions right before/after yours.
NUMBER OF IMAGES
Seems like a no brainer, but with a shorter session, there will be fewer images to select from (between 10-15).
ORDERING & PRODUCTS
Image viewing and ordering will be done online through a personal web gallery where you will have the option to select your favourite images to download, and browse the store for additional photos or printed products..
PRICE
The non-refundable deposit to secure your spot is $100
The balance of $195 is payable after the session prior to receiving your on-line gallery
INCLUDED IN THE SESSION
~ Three (3) High Resolution Digital photos are included, suitable for printing up to 8 x 10 inches
+ Three matching social media images, for wherever you want to share your image.
You will have the opportunity to purchase additional items such as additional high-resolution digital photos, photo books, wall art and beautiful desk displays.
WHO IS A LIMITED EDITION PET PHOTOGRAPHY SESSION GOOD FOR?
There really are a lot of reasons that a this session might be a good fit for your pet and family.
You’ve recently had photos taken and just need a quick update.
You’ve never had a photo session before and are looking to try it out.
You want the premium Terri J Photography quality but are looking for just a few photos, perhaps for a holiday card or social media sharing.
You’ve been hoping to work with me but a full Session is not an option for you right now.
For all of these reasons and more, I’ve created these shorter sessions as a great alternative for my clients.
