I found a great location for pet photography in North York

I recently discovered a new location in Toronto’s North York area, that is absolutely perfect for pet photography. This spot is packed with natural interest, making it an ideal backdrop for capturing stunning photos of your furry friends.

Sometimes you learn a lot from prospective clients.  I found out about this beautiful park thanks to a request from a lady interested in a pet photography in the North York area.

If you're a pet owner living in or near North York,  or you are happy to drive there, you're in for a treat. It's easily accessible from the 401.

Located in a leafy suburb this spot boasts a stunning forested area with winding pathways, alongside beautiful wide-open spaces, a place to capture your pet’s photo beside a river, and an array of logs and benches that always come in handy during photoshoots, especially when you have a small to medium sized dog!

With a variety of backdrops to choose from, I’ll be able to find the perfect spot to capture your pet's unique personality and create some adorable photos of you and your pet together.

There are definitely characteristics that I look for when scouting new pet photography locations and this park in North York has them all.

  • Is there opportunity for me to create the type of images that I love, with soft, creamy backgrounds - similar to the one you see here? Yes!

AT THIS PARK WE CAN GET IMAGES LIKE THIS WITH BEAUTIFUL BLURRY BACKGROUNDS

  • Another thing about this location is the incredible sky possibilities. Whether you're looking to capture your pet under a dramatic sunset or a beautiful blue sky dotted with clouds, this location has got you covered. I can’t wait to get some sunset silhouettes there!

  • Of course, one of the most important things to consider when choosing a location for pet photography is safety. This location is completely pet-friendly and free from any hazards, so you can feel confident letting your furry friend run around and explore.

With the natural areas and vegetation providing the perfect framing, I know that I will be able to be able to capture some truly stunning photos of you and your furry friends.

As a photographer I am often asked to do pet photography sessions in and around the North York area, and I am always looking for a new spot to recommend to my clients. This location is definitely worth checking out.

Please feel free to schedule a call to find out more, as I’d love to speak to you in person to give you more details and chat about your pet photoshoot there!

With its natural beauty, ample photo opportunities, and pet-friendly atmosphere, it’s the perfect spot for a fun and memorable pet photo shoot.

So if you and your pet want in on a photography session at this lovely park in North York, lets set up a time and head on over to this amazing location!
